Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Next.js + Python · Sydney / Remote AU

Own features across our Next.js frontend and Python/FastAPI backend, from data model through UI. You will build the interfaces that turn complex marketing science into findings a head of marketing can read once and act on.

  • •Strong experience with TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Python
  • •Comfortable with PostgreSQL, async Python, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP)
  • •Product-minded — you care about the user problem, not just the code
  • •Based in Australia or willing to work AEST-aligned hours

Bayesian Methods · Sydney / Remote AU

Build and improve the Bayesian marketing mix models and causal inference systems at the core of ACERA. You will work at the intersection of statistical modelling and production engineering.

  • •Deep experience with Bayesian statistics (PyMC, Stan, or Numpyro)
  • •Background in marketing mix modelling, econometrics, or causal inference
  • •Ability to take a model from research notebook to production pipeline
  • •Published research or open-source contributions in probabilistic programming a plus

Define and execute Acera Labs's go-to-market strategy. You will be our first marketing hire — owning positioning, content, demand gen, and partnerships from day one.

  • •Experience marketing a B2B SaaS or analytics product to mid-market buyers
  • •Strong writing skills — you can explain complex ideas simply
  • •Comfortable with data and analytics (you will be using our own product daily)
  • •Entrepreneurial mindset — happy building the plane while flying it
