Cookie Policy
Last updated: 19 April 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Some values are stored in localStorage rather than cookies; we treat them together in this policy because the privacy implications are the same.
2. Our approach
We use a few cookies to keep things working. PostHog tracks how you use the product so we can improve it. Sentry catches errors before you notice them. No advertising. No tracking beyond what you would expect.
You will see a bottom-strip notice on your first visit with two choices: Accept or No thanks. Your choice is stored for 365 days. You can change it at any time using the Manage Cookies link in the footer.
3. Do Not Track
If your browser sends the DNT: 1 header, we automatically treat your visit as declined. PostHog is initialised in opt-out mode and Sentry runs without persistent session identity. No banner is shown because your preference is already expressed.
4. EU and EEA visitors
For visitors whose IP is geolocated to the EU or EEA, the banner defaults to declined until you explicitly accept. Analytics and error-monitoring cookies are not set until you choose Accept.
5. Cookie inventory

6. Managing cookies
You can change your choice at any time using the Manage Cookies link in the footer. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies, though this may affect platform functionality.
7. Third-party cookies
We do not set advertising cookies. The optional cookies above are set directly by PostHog and Sentry under our instruction and covered by our subprocessor agreements. See our Subprocessor list.
